ARE THERE TRAVEL, TAXES OR ADDITIONAL FEES?

Our pricing includes travel throughout WA and the greater Portland area, well as taxes and processing fees—ensuring no hidden costs.

For locations beyond our travel range, we charge $1 per mile, with overnight accommodations required for destinations over two hours away. Typical travel fees cover one planner for a venue walkthrough, rehearsal coordination, and day-of coordination. Any parking fees on the event day will be added to your final invoice.

WHAT DOES “MANAGED BUDGET” MEAN?

Managed Budget refers only to the portion of the wedding expenses that Miinori & Co. directly plans, coordinates, and oversees. Fees calculated as a percentage apply solely to these managed items and do not include expenses secured or handled independently by the client, such as attire, rings, personal travel, or accommodations.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your date. Payments will be made in 20% installments throughout the planning process, payable by debit or credit*, with the final balance due six weeks before your wedding. Please note, all payments are non-refundable.

*For your convenience, we cover all credit and debit processing fees. Your bank may apply a currency conversion or international transaction fee, which is not controlled by Miinori & Co.
