By purchasing our products, booking our services, or participating in our events, you agree to the following Terms & Policies. Please read this page carefully, as it outlines important information regarding payments, product use, and your privacy.
1. OVERVIEW
Miinori (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides luxury event planning, design, and custom jewelry experiences. These Terms govern all sales, bookings, and interactions with any Miinori-affiliated service or sub-brand. By working with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS
All payments made to Miinori, including but not limited to services rendered through Miinori & Co. and Charmed by Miinori, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Because our work involves reserving dates, dedicating design time, and preparing custom experiences, no refunds or exchanges are available for any reason, including event cancellation, postponement, or change of mind.
For Charmed by Miinori events, additional keepsakes purchased on-site will be charged at the agreed-upon per-piece rate, and the card on file will be charged immediately at the event to secure payment.
In the event of a reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability and potential rescheduling fees.
3. EVENT BOOKING & CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS
Event or service dates are confirmed only once a signed agreement and required retainer are received.
For wedding and event clients, deliverables and payment schedules are detailed in the signed agreement.
Active communication is required to meet planning milestones and ensure timely delivery of services.
4. PRODUCT MATERIALS & ALLERGIC REACTIONS (FOR CHARMED BY MIINORI)
Charmed by Miinori sources all charms, chains, and findings from reputable suppliers who label their components as nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free whenever applicable.
Because individual sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee that all materials are completely allergen-free.
By purchasing or wearing our jewelry, you acknowledge and accept that Miinori and its affiliates are not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other adverse effects that may result from contact with our products. Customers with known sensitivities should inquire about materials before purchase.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miinori, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, including vendor performance issues, event disruptions, or personal reactions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miinori, its staff, and its contractors from any claims, losses, or damages related to your use of our products or participation in our events.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING USAGE
By engaging with Miinori or attending an event, you grant permission for photographs or videos of event details, setups, or products (excluding identifiable personal images without consent) to be used for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All creative content, designs, written materials, and imagery associated with Miinori, Miinori & Co., and Charmed by Miinori are the exclusive property of Miinori LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Information we collect:
Contact details (name, email, phone, event details)
Payment and billing information (processed securely via third-party payment systems)
Photos or media voluntarily shared or captured during events
How we use your information:
To process payments and fulfill bookings
To communicate about your services or purchases
To improve our offerings and comply with legal requirements
We never sell or rent personal data. Information is stored securely and accessible only to authorized staff.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@miinori.co.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in King County, Washington.
10. UPDATES
We may update these Terms & Policies periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon posting, with the effective date noted above. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revisions.
