COORDINATION

Our tried-and-true approach that goes beyond traditional day-of coordination

Ideal for couples who have planned their wedding and want an experienced team to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly. With our expert team, we step in 3 months before your day, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your big day, knowing every element is in capable hands.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

    • Communication via email & text 9 months before

    • Vendor Recommendations & Planning Tools

    • Planning meeting & Venue walkthrough 3 months before wedding date

    • Creation of day of timeline & floor plan

    • Final planning meeting at one month

    • Vendor point of contact at one month

    • Final meeting attendance with Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, & DJ (if applicable)

    • 1 hour ceremony rehearsal practice

    • Full day of onsite coordination with a lead planner and two assistants

    • Vendor management and timeline execution

    • Oversee ceremony and reception transition

    • Setup and teardown of decorations
