TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 11.04.25
Updated: 01.19.26
By purchasing our products, booking our services, or participating in our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read this page carefully, as it outlines important information regarding payments, product use, liability, and your rights.
1. OVERVIEW
Miinori (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides luxury event planning, design, and custom jewelry experiences through its affiliated brands, including Miinori & Co. and Charmed by Miinori. These Terms govern all sales, bookings, purchases, and interactions with Miinori and its sub-brands unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. By engaging with our services or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS
All payments made to Miinori, including but not limited to services rendered through Miinori & Co. and Charmed by Miinori, are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Because our work involves reserving dates, dedicating creative and administrative time, and preparing custom or event-based experiences, no refunds or exchanges are available for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, or change of mind.
For Charmed by Miinori events, additional keepsakes purchased on-site will be charged at the agreed-upon per-piece rate. The card on file will be charged immediately at the event to secure payment.
In the event of a reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees.
3. EVENT BOOKING & CLIENT CONFIRMATION
Event or service dates are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required retainer.
For wedding and event clients, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are outlined in the applicable service agreement.
Clients are responsible for maintaining active and timely communication to meet planning milestones and ensure the successful delivery of services.
4. PRODUCT MATERIALS & ALLERGIC REACTIONS (CHARMED BY MIINORI)
Charmed by Miinori sources charms, chains, and findings from third-party suppliers. Material composition may vary by design and may include gold-plated stainless steel, alloy-based components, enamel, rhinestones, or other decorative elements.
Where applicable, suppliers label materials as nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. Miinori relies on supplier-provided information and does not independently test, certify, or guarantee material composition.
Due to variations in manufacturing processes, plating wear, supplier handling, environmental exposure, and individual sensitivities, Miinori makes no guarantees that any product is completely allergen-free or free from trace materials or contaminants.
By purchasing, wearing, or using our jewelry, you voluntarily assume all risks related to allergic reactions, skin irritation, or sensitivities. Customers with known or suspected allergies are encouraged to inquire about materials prior to purchase.
Charmed by Miinori products are intended for adult use only and are not marketed or designed for children.
Customers with known or severe metal allergies are advised not to purchase or wear products unless they have independently confirmed material compatibility.
Miinori shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, including but not limited to allergic responses, irritation, or discomfort resulting from the use of our products.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miinori, its owners, staff, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or participation in our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, material sensitivities, supplier defects, or contamination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miinori and its representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our products, participation in our events, or violation of these Terms.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING USAGE
By engaging with Miinori or attending an event, you grant permission for photographs or videos of event details, setups, or products (excluding identifiable personal images without explicit consent) to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and advertising materials, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All creative content, designs, written materials, imagery, branding, and intellectual property associated with Miinori, Miinori & Co., and Charmed by Miinori are the exclusive property of Miinori.
No materials may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our website, services, or events is handled in accordance with Miinori’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal information may be submitted to hello@miinori.co.
9. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
