Hey, Hey! My name is Karen. I’m a physical therapist for babies by day and a wedding assistant by night. I’m a big fan of getting to nice views via walking, running, or hiking, making myself at home wherever there’s a couch, and learning new things from people who actually know what they’re doing. I also really enjoy laughing at my own jokes, but I’ll laugh at yours too! :)

I can’t wait to support you on your special day, as a previous bride of Miinori I will say we will always go above & beyond to bring the day with ease so you can enjoy every minute of your happily ever after.

Hi, I’m Camille! I love to create and work with my hands. Some things that bring my heart joy include painting, reading, deep conversations, trail running, sewing clothes with salvaged textiles, making coffee for my husband and I on our espresso machine, and labeling things around our home with my label maker! My background is in interior design, and day I work as a floral merchandiser. In addition, I get to live out my dream of creating art with flowers by being a floral designer.

Hey there! My name is Zasha, pronounced Zay-sha, and I’m a proud wife, fur mama, and street taco enthusiast. When I’m not planning weddings, I’m either practicing combat sports (ask me about my belts!), spending time with my husband and fluffy husky, or at the spa relaxing.

Miinori is an ode to my middle name, which means fruitful and sincere, which perfectly represents how I’ve felt in this incredible journey of starting a business and forming beautiful relationships along the way. I can’t wait to meet you!

    Zasha is so nice, patient, and an awesome woman. I booked her as a full service wedding planner a year in advance of my wedding date. Our venue was the Olympic Sculpture Park and her prior experience working with them was a major plus. Every month we had a video call where she summarizes the progress of the planning. She managed the plan to be organized and simple for us. She always stayed on time, positive, and flexible. She was open minded to all of our desires and was happy to work with different cultures (us being a Viet and Taiwanese couple) to make our wedding personalized. Her design for the wedding was beautiful and we heard many compliments from our guests. As our day of coordinator, she was amazing. Any questions/issues we had, she addressed quickly.     We hired Zasha as a day of coordinator for our wedding, and it was the best decision! She is organized, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and supportive. Our wedding was complicated logistically with separate ceremony and reception venues at different times, with lots of details to keep track of. The wedding flowed seamlessly and we never noticed any problems (though I’m sure she dealt with a million things in the background). She also went above and beyond to help us find vendors at the last minute. We would recommend anyone to hire her!

    Zasha is amazing! As a bride, my biggest worry was that after all the stress and planning, I was not going to be able to enjoy what I worked so hard for. I seriously did not expect myself to enjoy my wedding day without any worry at all! Zasha met with my now husband and I a few times before the wedding, she made sure she knew what we wanted for our big day, and her suggestions were much appreciated as there were a few things we were undecided on. If I could suggest anything to any future bride, it would be to have Zasha as your wedding planner!
